Founded in 2021, spinoff of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, MinervaSys operates in Modena (IT) and Munich (DE), led by senior sw architects and researchers and relying on a scientific advisory board composed by renowned professors.

2020 - The spark
The idea is born. Brainstorming, planning and validation begin.
2021 - The start
The journey officially starts with a small group of dedicated engineers in Modena and Munich.
2022 - The Making
We explore the complexity of heterogeneous embedded platforms, improving determinism and performance and tailoring our product on customers' needs.
2023 - The launch
The first version of The Dev Tool is presented at Embedded World. The journey continues...

We are an independent spinoff of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, in Italy.
Some of our industrial growth and technological innovations projects are co-funded by public entities. The Startup grant 2023 with project GEYSER and the International exhibition grant 2023 from Emilia-Romagna region sustained our research & development activities and facilitated participation in several trade shows and events. The European H2020 programme, ECSEL Joint Undertaking, with project AI4CSM (grant agreement 101007326 - 2023-2024) is accelerating our industrial innovation.
